FAQ
What does it mean if the light on one side of the battery (nearest to the power button) keeps flashing after the aircraft is powered on?
The LED closest to the power button is the No. 1 light. Continuous flashing indicates that the battery has entered the end-of-life mode and can no longer be used.
After powering on, the aircraft connects to the radio station, but the UAVManager keeps displaying "Connecting to the UAV".
1. Check if the data cable is connected to a USB 3.0 blue port on the computer.
2. Ensure that the flight key matches the aircraft SN, ensuring a one-to-one correspondence.
3. Check for any damage to the radio station and ensure that the antenna is properly connected.
Why does the aircraft constantly show that the number 2 GNSS is not available?
Typically, the message indicating that the number 2 GNSS is unavailable is due to environmental obstruction. It could also be due to hardware issues with the GNSS.
Why does the aircraft display abnormal data from the number 1 magnetometer after startup on the ground?
Check if the number 1 landing gear is securely locked. Restart the aircraft and change the takeoff location if necessary. The aircraft should be moved away from metal objects.
What should be done if the aircraft displays abnormal magnetometer data in the air?
Before flying, carefully survey the area. If there are objects such as high-voltage lines in the survey area, they may interfere with the magnetometer, and the UAVManager will prompt this anomaly.
Why does the UAVManager display obstacles ahead in a clear airspace?
The radar has triggered a false obstacle avoidance. Please contact Feima's after-sales service promptly.
Customer A used Feima UAV for field operations but their own Qianxun account expired. They borrowed Customer B's active Feima account to fly. However, when calculating the data, the UAVManager prompted "SN account has expired".
Feima's Qianxun account consists of RTK and PPK components. RTK is universal, while PPK is bound to the specific aircraft. After Customer A's account expires, the PPK function is deactivated, thus preventing the use of PPK to retrieve observation files. To address this issue, follow these steps: 1. Use online RTK to calculate flight data. 2. Purchase or renew a Qianxun account from Taobao, Feima Mall Mini Program, or after-sales service.
Why does the aircraft deviate from the takeoff point during return?
Ensure the selected takeoff site is obstacle-free, unobstructed, and has open terrain. During landing, check if RTK is in a fixed solution. Obstructions and tall buildings can affect GNSS satellite search, causing GNSS-recorded positions to deviate from the takeoff point.

When the aircraft is close to the ground, ultrasonic sensors activate for landing. However, ultrasonic sensors may not accurately detect grassy surfaces, so takeoffs from grassy areas are prohibited.
What is the cause of the camera reporting a hot shoe error for the No.3 light during flight?
Check if there is sufficient memory on the camera's memory card. Monitor the number of shutter actuations to ensure it does not exceed 100,000 cycles. Regular maintenance of the shutter is recommended.
